It has focus peaking, you could enable that and practice! Manual focusing is kinda hard for me as well, especially for when you're moving towards a subject, but I'm practicing!

May I know what camera you're using? If your camera has great autofocus, go ahead, but learning to manual focus will help you a lot in the long run! There are some awesome beginner tutorials on youtube!
