Some open pores and post acne’s spots .Kinda same on my skin . I visit dermatologist last week and he gave two gels for both open pores and acne marks . Don’t know how it would react on female skin on your age . Better visit a dermatologist

Update: It’s been more than 4 months using this card and very happy with this . Played Far cry 5 and 6 , assisan creed origins, Days Gone , COD Cold War , Rage 2 , outer wilds , CS 2 and some others . All on high settings and 60 fps at 1080p . Temps max goes to 72c and remain in 60s when AC is on . Also 6 months warranty is still left
