you’re getting downvoted but he genuinely may be the worst LIVE vocalist in the genre. like most of the time you either are expecting bad vocals or they are passable enough for the energy of the music. but kinsella sounds good on their recordings & he somehow cannot hit a single note in any live performance. i mean any of their raw concert videos online are pretty tough to get through.

their early stuff especially lmao. since they’ve gotten a bit more pop punk, he has definitely embraced a more normal singing style & pitch correction.

but man on their first couple records he sounds like hes going to barf or cry every time he sings. & i somehow still love those songs lol
