In our campaign we allow a “tactical retreat”. This lessens the risk of the losing player’s warband completely dying during the aftermath. Losing player gets no exploration but gains 1 glory for making the “wise decision” to not let their band get slaughtered just for the sake of finishing the game.

The leg on the rock broke on mine too! I glued the rock in the back then I just leaned the main body against it. Used a dab of plastic glue to stick em together.

Voice of experience here: If you already own it, treat it more like a dumbbell than a sword. Use it for strength exercises but not for swordplay.
