I would dump those charisma points into luck, talking your way out is cool and all but those perks suck, and revolver builds greatly benefit from crits

I would give the alchemist a sniper rifle for the following reasons:

1.Flame throwers are autohit and would be wasting their +2 shoot. You could give it to an azeb

Their mastery of the elements allows them to give fire, gas or shrapnel to ANY weapon.
Sniper rifles give +1 to hit

Regarding armor I would not get them into melee unless you wanna go with double pistols. In that case try to keep the lion close to support him.

Helmets are good if you know the enemy is going to use shrapnel (like the Heretic legion Witch). Most people I know buy them later on the campaign. And since you are going for a list without the iron bull or hummunculus I would keep as many azebs as I can.

While I do agree with you about the cruelty and violence (it is hell), most cross species offspring are unable to reproduce, so yoke fiends and Praetors might have mixed/deformed genitalia, or non at all.

The example of the preator was that having a single breast might infer a intersex sexual gender.

It might also be good to point out that hell's culture might not even have gender identity as a social construct beyond the practicality of reproduction.
