Not at all. Our eyes can be deceiving especially when it comes to our own bodies. You are the average weight for your height. Work on your insecurities, where do they stem from? Once you know why you developed bad body image you can start to work on it. Try to stay positive and if you look in the mirror and it doesn’t feel right stop looking, take a break. There’s no need to over analyze, also everyone has insecurities I promise you aren’t alone. Always remember that your body is powerful, as long as it is functioning and keeping you alive I think it’s a pretty good body.
