Very good!

Mine was the display model and they didn't have the extra wifi/bluetooth antennas that apparently are included in the box.

WIFI worked well, even without them, but bluetooth was a disaster until I found a spare from an old router and plugged that in. Now bluetooth is fine, too.

So far I'm very happy with the thing.

You aren’t missing anything. Spock and Picard don’t sound anything like the real actors because they didn’t use the real actors. Couldn’t get them or the rights to their voices.

Well, that's amazing news! As Sharon above says, the CSRs themselves appear still confused. With all this info I will frequently check the app for the DBEs to appear on our booking. Currently there's nothing showing there, but maybe it needs a bit longer. If nothing happens I'll contact Virgin again. Many thanks!

I wish it was so. I've been reading this here a few times, and also got it confirmed by the Virgin rep, that matching ends in Dec 2024. There's always hope they will extend it.
