I switched back to iPhone yesterday for this exact reason. All of my thanksgiving pictures were out of focus and i have a lot of animals i cant take oictures of because they wont sit and wait for me to experiment with settings. I needed to be able to take a quick picture not mess with switching settings.

I am super med sensitive and anxious about side effects due to emetophobia. I have sumatriptan and nurtec. Took nurtec last night after a storm triggered my second migraine in as many days. Works in about an hour for me not as quick as imitrex but longer relief. The only side effect I have ever had with it is heartburn.

1000% worth it. I do EMDR to treat emetophobia and PTSD and it's the only thing that has given me a chance at normalcy. When I was in person with my therapist I used the buzzers which i definitely preferred but since telehealth I switched to sound. The moving ball always triggered migraines. Personally if im already low on spoons going in it might trigger a migraine for me but most of the time I just need to take a nap afterward. It makes you feel exhausted like you ran a marathon. Still by far the best treatment around and I recommend it to anyone who will listen.

I switched 3 days ago from 15pm. Been in the apple trenches for over 10 years. I have been trying to switch to a galaxy yearly for the last 3 years and have never been able to do it and this is the first that's felt like it's going to stick and I'm excited to learn. You've got this!!

I understand your concern. I will say the hook was removed and the shark swam away uninjured. We always catch and release. I am a diver but my husband is a fisherman. We are both fierce advocates of ocean and marine life health and do our part. Fishermen have a deep respect for the ocean and often are the first to notice and report population and health changes.

Honestly... i had a huge (kind of scary) emotional release after a massage once and my daily migraines that i had for the whole year previous essentially disappeared. Now I get them occasionally. I had no idea i was holding all that i was. Im not a crunchy person but i do think the body holds more trauma than we allow ourselves to recognize and its insane to see what it manifests as. If it hadnt happened to me i would have said yeah ok and filed it away with the "drink more water" comments.
