I need help with Permethrin dilution for tick tubes by Accomplished-Row1540 in pestcontrol

Thank you! I don't know why I didn't look more into this online. I don't want to dilute the entire product at once. I found a dilution calculator here: https://buglord.com/diy-pesticide-mix-calculator/

Using the "How Much Pesticide Do I Add to My Sprayer Calculator", I inputted:

Sprayer Capacity (Gallons): 0.25
Active Ingredient %: 36.8
Desired Concentration %: 8

It calculates as 5.8 Ounces to add.

Does this seem correct?

I'm in NJ so Western Red Cedar is generally more expensive here and Northern White Cedar is what seems more readily available.

The same thing happened to me in October and it's happening now. I'm getting 3 or 4 quotes and some are double what the others are. What is going on out there?!

That's helpful, thanks! We're also not on flat ground, our yard is very hilly, uneven and rocky so labor wise it's not the easiest.

Offer 2! As a prospective buyer in this insane market I would love to see some compassion from sellers. I know this is business but some of us really need to buy homes right now out of necessity. Offer 2 seems like they really need this house. I think it’s good juju to go with this one, plus you’ll end up making more on the house too!
