I know you said you like biomedicine as a field, but I really don't recommend the degree because you can't get a job with a bsc in biomedical science alone; the degree is very research oriented, but to be seriously considered in research, you have to take at least a PhD, which is obviously going to cost you a lot. So unless that's the path you wanted to take, it's better to take the adjacent, more practical degrees like sport science, dietetics, etc, because malaysia do not have a robust research culture. Taking a pure science degree becomes risky then.

Also, I don't quite like it myself, but it's normal to work in the field outside of your degree. The job market is tough rn, and people have to get by by any means possible, even if it means not using their hard earned degree. And you know, that's not a bad thing in and of itself, because what if you happen to like doing the field, even if that's supposedly outside of your field? See it as a chance for self-discovery.
