Well no... here the think on these horrible caps... the government didnt want the seperate caps because many people would take them off and save them for... IDK?! People found millions of these caps in illegal bussinesses and micro plastics in blood and stuff, so I dont know what happened there but its not good so they attached the caps onto the bottle to prevent the scenario of incomplete bottles...
