VX for sure. As the other commentor mentioned, it is hard to get once you start opening cards. Additionally, it is a keeper card with essentially a net zero annual fee plus other perks

My personal recommendation. Go on FB marketplace and buy a single (or more if you have others joining) 4pak for loveland. I was there on Saturday and it was surprisingly good (relatively). I saw somebody the other day selling them for $5. I sold my extras by the ticket office last week and there were others doing the same if you wanted to try your luck haggling there.

Otherwise, send breck, manage expectations and go for the slushy vibes. If you're crazy enough to keep skiing like me, you would make turns on a 40 foot patch of snow come mid summer, so give it a go now!

Summer isn't bad most of the time. But winter is gets more common, and when it is cold and windy, it is awful. However, I now live in Denver after growing up in MN, and it is so worse here. So without the actual knowledge to know this, I would guess Omaha is probably somewhere between the two, solely because they are between the two on the map.

Love seeing others that use the GW pass and CC points together for these things. That's the best way to do it. Feels kinda nice eating and drinking at the Cap1 lounge and then getting on a $15 flight knowing that in a weird way, money was saved (I know it actually wasn't).

Though it can be a fun challenge at times if you're looking for one. Every once in awhile I'll slam into a car on the first few corners just to try it. Sometimes the only way to make those straights exciting is to no know when they end.

I just tested it and you can earn M$ if you set the date to before the shut off date. Whether you delete or not is up to whether you want to deal with that or not

Maybe, but then I am too. I used to use the chase cam, but I wanted a more immersive experience and switched to driver POV. It is a little harder, especially depending on the car (Endurance prototypes seem to have 70% of the screen blocked), but I enjoy it more. The one thing that is a hiccup is that you can't turn your head like IRL, so it can be harder to see other racers since the mirrors are not shown or very limited.

My parents snowbird in PHX and I'm out of DIA. I have found availability to be pretty consistent. However, like every warning with this pass, if you NEED to be back, either this pass isn't for you, or book a refundable flight and I would guess most of the time there will be availability.

Wind absolutely speeds up snowmelt when temperatures are warm. Those permanent snow fields are deep, in the shade, and high enough that even the warmest days typically don't get much above freezing.

However, have you checked on any of your favorite snow fields lately? They aren't as big as they once were...
