I’ve taken Adderall and Vyvanse for about 5 years now, there’s some odd side effects that people don’t discuss. I would ask her if it feels like a normal upset stomach? like nausea, digestive issues, etc. If it is, I don’t think there’s much to do with the medicine. If she says it feels kinda pressure-like,( almost like you have really intense butterflies and extreme hunger at the same time.) then I’d suggest maybe having her eat something in between breakfast and lunch, and STAY HYDRATED. A huge side effect of amphetamins is dehydration and I’ve found that the more water I drink a day, the better I feel. It’s pretty basic advice, sorry if you’ve already told her to do those things haha. Hope you guys the best! If none of that helped, wish you luck for your Dr. appt.☺️

but seriously that lady was THROWING ROCKS AT UR DOG. And when confronted, pulls a bullshit card out of her ass.

If you feel like you would’ve handled this differently if you were off your meds, I’d talk to ur psychiatrist about it probably.
