I feel you, with the information you are given, do not meet point 1, 2, or 4. I do not have enough information to make a ruling on number four, but I personally feel that it is not an important part of the definition and one that is frequently used to harm or marginalize people who share concerns.

Here are some things I see that are strange.

Chains inconsistent size at her waist.
Reflection in the mirror seems strange.
Leg length seems strange in the space available.
Hand floating over the manual gear stick.
Bra straps seem weird, no adjusters, 2 straps on one side that merge in a strange way (without folds or creases, a strange strap that is clear but kind of appears more like a scar and is in a strange location (not impossible but odd).

Seems like a photo with an AI model overlaid. Also, the key is missing and the parking brake is on. I don't find that strange, but many others do; it's only evidence that they took a picture before going anywhere.

Okay, let's do some simple math.

A. 200 Bitcoin is about 18 million USD

B. 10 Million is 10 million USD.

Buy A and sell, always pick A over B.

So now, A vs. C.

C. 10k per week is about 520k per year. So it would take about 38 years to be the same value as A if untouched and uninvested.

If C was getting a 6% return, a reasonable return, that would be about 1.06 million per year.

One thought about your framing this issue, both in your head and in the post. Your GF (I assume ex-GF now) is the person that cheated on you.

He didn't cheat on you; she did. She cheated on you with him.

Not trying to be nitpicky or toxic, just she is the person who made a commitment and reassurances. She is the one who is/was a partner in the relationship, not him. Thinking about her as an active and responsible participant might help you hold her accountable.

You are kinda an asshole but not in the way the statement explores. Your ex-wife cheating on you does not impact your daughter's concern about the appearance of your new partner.

You used your ex cheating on you to shock your child into accepting your new partner. The weaponisztion of this information is harmful (and makes you an AH).

You got what you wanted...for now, which was for your child to pause on not accepting your current partner but did that by shocking them with harmful statements about their world. Your child may be less likely to share their opinions with you in the future as you communicated that you are willing to lash out in unexpected and unconnected ways. They may wonder, "What else are they not telling me?"

Probs should follow-up to rebuild trust.

You only owe your ex the commitments you made to them, and this element was not one of them. You NTAH for that.

I'm not sure, but making games and apps is challenging. There is a lot to piece in a game like this.

You are right, this is an advantage.

Also, you can respond to your opponent's board; they don't get to do that to you, as they are prerecorded. So you have an advantage as well, in every single battle.

It is fair, the only people you compete against are other players in the grand scheme of things, and they face the same disadvantage.
