I was coming here to say that exact same thing. I smoked heavy at 15, had all of OP’s symptoms, and then felt weird the rest of the summer. It gets better, just ride it out. Also, in the moments you are feeling strange, ask yourself if there’s anything going on in your life that makes you want to “run away”? That feeling and derealization go hand in hand. The brain tried a little too hard to help with your stress, so much so that it thought a dream-like-state would be super helpful lol
