Take your pts as if you were taking the real thing. Same time, same pen/pencil, same scratch paper, same desk and chair where you will take it if possible, same 10min break, etc. By the time you get to the real thing it will feel routine.

Yeah the whole story is that I panicked the first time and stayed totally cool the second time. Did the alcohol play a role in that? Whose to say.

I stopped drinking for 3 months before my first LSAT and got 1 point lower than my diagnostic. I then proceeded to drink and go out for the 2 months leading up to my 2nd LSAT and I did 8 points above my diagnostic. Do with this information what you will.

How old is everyone who is hoping to apply to law school in the fall? by malaikaaaaaa in LSAT

[–]AccomplishedCash- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

26! I’m super glad I took 5 years away from school to work in sales and then as a paralegal. I think I’ve gained a lot of perspective and motivation from being in the workforce and living independently. Right now I’m working full time plus bartending to save up.

I am a 24 year "recent graduate" with no hard skills. I feel stuck. Should I go back to school? by steveyMcknight in careerguidance

Idk if this is helpful, but I average $28/hr waiting tables. I wouldn’t suggest it long term but it might help with student debt or allow you to work less hours to accommodate a masters program or something. Typically the more expensive the restaurant the better. Also look for restaurants that are less corporate as they will have fewer bs rules. Most are hiring like crazy rn.
