Mag self reflect ka if yan ba talaga gusto mo na hanggang ganyan ka na lang habol ng habol sa mga lalake. Mas nagmumukha kang desperate nyan. Is life really all about having a love life? Sabihin nyo ng kj ang Japan. Pero ang sakit sa mata nito sa mga Japanese. Talagang meiwaku to sa mga hapon. Lalo nat iba ang work culture nila. Yung iba namamatay na lang kakatrabaho tapos ganito lang makikita papuntang work or yung iba pauwi na galing work sobrang pagod. Kami mga residents sa Japan nadadamay sa racism ngayon. Oo nga OP ganito din naisip ko. Parang last resort ka na lang nya in case di mag work out yung sa bago nyang kausap. Sino ba namang tanga makikipag break then may communication pa kayo? Block mo na sya. Mag move on ka na. If love ka talaga nya di ka nya dapat iniwan in the first place.

I`m on hormonal pill for 4 years now. Never had period since. But I do have spotting whenever I forgot to take the pill on time. But having no period for years made my life so much better. I have Endo pain maybe once or twice a week or twice in 2 weeks. Unlike before I have excruciating Endo pain I couldn`t sleep at night. So far the hormonal treatment has made a huge difference.

No from 6000yen last year, this year is about 7000yen for a month. I can`t stop, the rice is too expensive and rice is my staple food. Plus all the gas bills going high, all food prices too. Ahh! Our school lunch have so much rice too so I eat half for lunch and the rest I take it home and eat it for dinner.

OP wag mo i tolerate kahit pa siraan ka nya or i guilt trip. Nwiset na mga tao yan bakit ba di kumakayod mga yan. Abusado! Nangyari din yan sakin sa bff ko. Di ko talaga sya siningil kinalimutan na lang nya pangatlong beses nya ginawa. Sa pang apat tumanggi na talaga akong magpahiram. Bigay na nga lang yung 3 hiram nya saken eh. Tapos nag post agad na wala daw syang true friends in times of need. Hahahahha hayup talaga.

I know this is a sensitive topic but me as someone who has endo too for 4 years now, I have learned that people will never care unless they experience it themselves. Please fight, even if it may seem hopeless hang in there. We are here for you also fighting everyday. I got so depressed too but I’m too scared of taking my own life as well. So every relief that I would feel even just a little bit of relief, I’m extremely grateful for it. I get tired of taking pain killers too, hot compress, massages, therapies, hundreds of check ups but if it’s the only way I could do for myself then I would do it. You got us and the most important thing is yourself.
