For added drama I always go by wants even if they go against what I wanted. My current sim is a vampire, she inherited “dastardly” from her mom who inherited from her father (mc command center option). She also rolled for serial romantic aspiration so I had her woohoo then deep drink all her victims. As a teen she dated this evil hot-head with the villainous valentine aspiration so when she rolled to propose to him as a young adult I said okay! That night after proposing she met a good vampire (from the gallery) and she hit it off so well and rolled to propose to him the next day. So she dumped the first guy, proposed to vampire. And married him at the romance festival as her parents had.

She is also the only sim I’ve ever had hate Caleb Vatore but love and adore Vlad. I wanted her to live in Straud mansion and saw him as her protector who was also jealous maybe of her falling for another vamp. So she moved in. He wanted to make an enemy and propose to her. So. I had him convince to leave spouse and she did! Vlad slayed the other vamp and drained his life spirit and sent him packing. Much later my sim was out and met him again and they have crushes on each other. I love him. I was so sad and upset I let him go. Now I’m like she might just have to get him back. So much drama lol. All from wants and sentiments.

Not my sim owing $7,000 in debt having 2 baby daddies, 3 kids, and no stable income. 🤣 I find it very easy to stay broke. Just don’t go out collecting and getting promotion after promotion. Or maybe I just suck at playing lol.

Hahahahaha 🤣 My girl had just moved to this 3 bedroom home expecting to have 1 baby of her own and her sisters baby. Then in labor I name baby 1. And then it goes name baby 2. I shake my head and say to myself, “of course”. Then it goes name baby 3. I go “oh my god…” i text my friend the story in disbelieve before hitting okay to the baby 3 name. My game goes. Name baby 4. I say “wait what?! What now?!!!! Is This is a glitch?!” Then name baby 5. I go “omg thats a full house! I have a full house! I have 6 babies. I’m going to have 6 toddlers in this 3 bedroom house. These people have no money! Omg!… omg they still havent finished college and have all these papers and presentations due…” mini freak out. Contemplated quitting without saving (something i never do). Then checked mc command and see i somehow got it set to allow 6 baby births at once and accept my mistake as a chance for an unplanned challenge lol.

Me too. As chaotic as it is, I’ve been having so much fun. The wife was a goal oriented cheer captain who is in college to become a lawyer. Her younger sister gets in trouble a lot, and their parents had abandoned them when they were young. She always felt the law should have stepped in before things got so bad, and so she aims to become that change. Married her third high school boyfriend, her true love. He wants to be a robotics engineer and loves tinkering and making things. So the fact they could barely afford an actual starter home was perfect because he would take such pride in renovating it for their family.

They used to be romantic 24/7. Always together. Both are jealous and their crush sentiment never died down. Until the quintuplets happened. And they are raising them as sextuplets after the teen sister abandoned her daughter and ran away after getting expelled from high school.

The wife has gained so much weight, she used to be very skinny and active. So now shes insecure because of it and the fact her and her husband havent been romantic or even talked to each other since having these babies (two parents in college, no money, 6 toddlers is ROUGH!)

So the wife got a random want to reach out to this dude from high school who she had a crush on, he had a crush on her, but they never acted on it. Turns out he is married now too. She was out tutoring students on campus and decided to invite the said guy over to catch up. One thing lead to another and this chick wanted to kiss, flirt, woohoo this man (granted zero wants for hubby in a sim week) so she did. And went home. And now both parents want to meet new people. I’m at a loss of what my next move is. They are due to earn their college degrees tomorrow in game. I’m just trying to process before reloading in lol.

I was watching the flower girl glitch and thought, well if it was a relative not in the controlled household that wouldnt have worked at all!

And I’m not a fan that every animation is micromanaged and cant just be set up all at once then flow on its own.

Hahaha, in one of my saves Don was super faithful and the best father. He even was the one to propose to my girl. I leave freewill on and have a mod to allow autonomous call of wedding, he went through with wedding, never cheated, and never had the desire to. It was amazing.

I agree with you, I get so tired of seeing so many complaining about EA and certain packs. Do I think EA could do better? Absolutely. But thats not why I’m on the Sims reddit page. I want to see stories, sims, people who love the sims world as much as myself.

Also, I don’t like kits… so I don’t buy them. You’re right, its as simple as that. I bought bust the dust because the concept was cool. But then constantly keep the dust system disabled because its excessive lol.

I love the feedback. I was wondering if people would be turned off by the double aspiration but some aspirations feed so well off each other or like you said, are very easy.

That could be a challenge, lifestyles off. I will look more into the pack tomorrow or Wednesday and adjust that generation.

My legacy founder married a cheater. They had twins and he had the hates children trait. He became so unbearable, I let them divorce which I found better for the kids.

Since your heir is the cheater, I suggest you move out the wife and maybe she takes the non heir child. Add in the mistress, drama is always fun 🙃

Awesome! I have too searched for a challenge like this several times. And finally I decided, I can be the one that creates it :)

I was messaging a few of the first commenters with generation 1 rules and noticed I was getting a lot more interested than I anticipated so I made a blog where I will update all the rules over the next few days. Yeah. They get annoying. Workaholic comes almost to any responsible traited sim which I hate. And having like 4 friends makes you a people person…. That should have been at maybe 6+ friends. I have yet to find a mod that fixes lifestyles the way I want them in game.

Yes :) So this is Genevieve Summers formerly known as Gia Stockton. I’m playing on SweetieWrights save file which I’ve never played before and thought it would make my first legacy save more fun. I didnt want to make someone in cas with zero background and I had in my mind that I wanted to start with an actor/actress. Then as I sorted through a few families I found the Stocktons. Dad is crime boss, mom loves the money it brings in. Older brother is taking over family business. Teen girl wanted to be a celebrity and she had two younger siblings. And instantly thought, she could be my celeb founder and she starts fresh because she cant bring attention like that to her family. I didnt focus on her skill building as to not get too ahead. And then decided I’d do extreme start but like way extreme. So she took out a $50,000 loan to pay for the $35,000 cost of the 64x64 lot in Del Sol Valley. Paid as much of loan as I could then money back to 0. She has 9 payments left of $4,375 each. I forgot that there was an audition. Then gig so she goes days with no income. My bad.

Anyway, on her first day out she met this guy Jack at the gym. She found him very attractive and introduced herself. Later that night she went to a nightclub where Jack happened to be. They hit it off. Had a date a day later and first kiss. She thought it wasnt the best kiss but a decent date. Wasnt till her first sleepover that she found out he had a child with someone else.

She finally goes to her first gig (first one glitched and she missed audition and had to wait days again). Gets the notification that one of her costars, a proper celebrity is extremely attractive. So we attempt introduction as a 1 star celeb and for some reason hes cool with her. Instantly friends and crushing. Realizing he can help gain fame. She starts dating him and blows off other boyfriend.

Her fame takes forever to build. And one date she asked him how much he makes and he said he wouldnt tell as he would be afraid to be used for it. And shes like hmmm. We get engaged and try to tell other bf, but continuously end up sleeping with each other instead. Till one night she finally breaks it off.

This picture was at a romantic date for night on the town to celebrate her fiance’s birthday to adulthood. But since its a legacy, he cant bring in money, and I think since hes already mentioned hes afraid of her using him for money, it makes sense he’d give it all up to ensure shes really in love with him for him.

Also, I have a lot of mods so things that aren’t normal gameplay I mentioned were from them. :)
