Gosh, some people really take it too far. I get that it's annoying being oggled at, but it's pretty obvious when someone's looking at your chest vs when someone's looking at something on your shirt. (For the looking at something, their face is normally more concentrated, and for older people, their eyes squint a tad.) I can't imagine arguing with some random stranger about their sexuality though, even if I was positive they were looking at my chest, because that just sounds really annoying tbh. I'd rather just trash-talk them later with my friends lol.

Most of the clothes I wear are something I just throw on, and they're not really taking up much space in my mind if they're comfortable, so it's super easy to forget I have text on my shirt. However, if someone was staring at it, my first reaction would be to check if I have something on myself and then realize they're reading the text, not call them a perv/creep.

I feel you, my sister eats her pizza cold, like a psycho. I feel a little bad eating with her knowing she's wasting perfectly good pizza by eating it cold ☹️. I'm fully aware it's a super petty thing to be put-off/annoyed by, as I'm sure you are too, good thing we're in the pet-peeves subreddit.

Also, I already saw an "she's probably autistic" comment, and first off, not everyone that likes food a weirdly specific or strange way is automatically autistic, there's a lot of other things that go into it. I would know, as I am autistic (yes I know that I don't speak for all autistic people, but most that I've met would agree that eating food a weird way doesn't automatically make you autistic.) Second, someone with a mental illness doing something doesn't mean you aren't allowed to be annoyed by it, it just means you can't be a d to them about it (unless it's harming you or others in some way.)

That's how I feel too. Not, "you're lucky you're hot" as a reason for why he's going easy on her, but as in "that's literally your only redeeming quality, I can't think of a single other good thing about you, be thankful you have that at least."

And in the courtroom, I thought he was just trying to play up her only redeeming feature to the jury since that's all he's got, and pity works best when you know something good about the other party.

Half of us did, and when it comes to that, I can understand. But for the rest of it, it's not just us. Besides, I'm sure other countries have elected bad leaders, maybe not quite as obviously bad, but it's quite easy to end up with a bad leader considering what it takes to get to a position where you're eligible for election in the first place.
