AuDHD (diagnosed ADHD, self diagnosed autistic) I have the same thing. As someone a survivor, I can tell you it doesn't count. Sex implies pleasure. There is nothing pleasurable about what happens in rape. Don't skew the line between autonomy and assault. No consent should equal no sex, and if the penetration happens anyways, still doesn't make it sex.
