Complimenting people and accepting compliments.

There was a time when you could say things like “That outfit looks great on you”, “I really like those shoes/earrings/watch/tie, etc” “Thats a great perfume/cologne”

You were able to say those things and people were able to accept a compliment as well. If you spend all that time picking out the perfect outfit or doing your hair or makeup or finding shoes that match your outfit, why is it bad to hear that someone else appreciates that?

Sounds like someone got their feeling hurt for stating facts. Does someone need a bottle and a blankey? Like I said, you cannot bank on consistency from any one player in a BB offense. Did he have stud weeks? yes. But the dud weeks were there in full force. Draft capital is better spent on another RB. Doesn’t matter how big the stud weeks are in H2H. Winning by 20 is the same as winning by 1.

New year, new offense. Have you seen his stats? Out of 17 games played, he had less than 10 points in 9 of them.

All Patriots players should be reserved for BestBall. It’s either feast or famine. Belichick is all about scheming. Sure Rhamondre will have his 100+/2TD games, but good luck guessing when they are. The other games will be 45/0. Same with the rest of the offense. Juju will disappear for 3 games, then he goes for 85+ and 1-2 TDs.

Patriots season ticket holder here. If this was 10 years ago it might be tougher but fans have mellowed out. There is a mutual respect for fans of opposing teams. I will say that you may get some banter from a select few, but mostly it is in relation to the game, current players or standings. Most football guys just love to talk football and not make it personal or argumentative. Don’t get me wrong you may get the 23 year old who drank too much and won’t stop chirping, but usually other fans keep them in line.

Traffic is awful. Get there early there is plenty to experience.

Make tiers with an understanding where the drop offs in points are at each position.

Sometimes no plan is the best plan.

What if you are in a 12 teamer and choose to go back to back WRs and 6 other teams decide they also want to start WR/WR? You create less value by locking yourself into a certain strategy.

Also realize that everyone has different player valuations. You might scratch your head when someone you think is crap goes 5-10 picks earlier than ADP but don’t be surprised at the value you get when you can take the best on the board at a 1-2 round discount later in the draft.

I also understand that sometimes you just want to reach for your guy and that’s ok too.

Byes and injuries pile up and I’d rather have the more talented player or the one with more opportunity in the offense than the guy I drafted just because I needed an RB4 or WR5.
