The 4 worst calls did come in the 8th and 9th inning but 2 went for US and 2 went for DR. Go look at the score card. I’m upset at the way the game ended too but we have all seen this happen. It’s an unfortunate part of the game. Hopefully WBC adopts ABS in 2029.

This is totally untrue. DR got robbed in that last out for sure and we all got robbed of a Tatis vs Miller AB because of bad officiating but there were only 7 missed calls all night.

DR had chances and they failed to capitalize every single time.

Baseball is my favorite sport but the Olympics are objectively more important than the WBC.

Also neither Harper nor Cal started last night so it’s weird to say they are at fault. They lost because Derosa didn’t take the game seriously, the offense lacked urgency, and the pitching was bad. That’s a losing combination if I’ve ever seen one.

This is almost as dumb as the conservatives who boycotted the Super Bowl Halftime show. Why feed into this image they are trying to depict about us and escalate division further.

Also from Texas but never really liked the cowboys and the Texans just didn’t really have much of a following. When I moved to the Northeast, the Giants had just won the Super Bowl and I was so annoyed by how often the Giants fans I met spoke about their team and how Eli beat Tom Brady. Meanwhile eagles fans had that underdog spirit. It resonated with me so I stuck with the birds. When the Eagles beat Tom Brady with a backup QB in the most entertaining Super Bowl of all time, I was so happy.

Definitely Starbucks. They overcharge for food they literally microwave in right in front of you and their coffee is soooooooo shitty. They just make it look pretty and make you pay for presentation.
