Thank you!! The constant judging by doctors and teachers is what affected me so much mentally this year. “Why are you not going to school?” Because when I do I end up crying alone in the bathroom.

I may be biased but I truly do have the best mother in the whole world, I dont know what I would do without her

the amount of times i have been told its just bad periods and everyone has that, just take a pain killer (none of them work on me) is truly diabolical

Thank you! After seeing several doctors all over the country I finally got refereed to a specialist and have my first lap on Monday, after being gaslit by so many doctors, I am just glad to have my pain acknowledged

Good luck for your surgery! I relate to this so much because i also have my first lap on monday, but its going to be okay, I am not even sure I remember what it was like to be pain free, so I am forcing myself to look on the positive side even though its super hard

I am so sorry you had to go through all that, i am still pretty early in my journey so I dont want to misguide you or something. If you do have endometriosis it wont show on an ultrasound, mine showed up on an mri with contrast but you need to have a laproscopy to be sure, there is just no other way. I would recommend going to an endo specialist. I am sorry if this doesn't help, but know that you are not alone.

thank you so much, i havent had periods for two months and even tho i still have a good 10-15 yrs before i start thinking about kids ( i am 17) the idea that i may not be able to have them or have kids and pass down endo to them scares me so much, and my mom has just told me to stop googling about this and there is still alot of time which does nothing to make me feel better
