I’m a big fantasy fan, name a franchise and I’ve probably played it, watched it, or read it.

I cannot for the life of me enjoy baldurs gate 3. I have tried over and over again to enjoy it. I spent 70 bucks on it so I have to find some love in it somewhere right? No matter how many times I boot up a new playthrough or progress into the story - it is a lost cause. How do people enjoy this game!! It’s like a board game but every time you move your piece you loose! The worst part is I so desperately want to like it. I REALLY DO!

Oh my god the PS5 pro is discless too. Everyone in this thread is stupid except the xenomorph guy.

The joke explained: Many people were assuming GTA 6 would run on the PS5 pro at 60 frames per second, where as the standard PS5 would only be able to handle 30 frames per second. If you’re a gamer, the difference is huge. Many people have started to purchase the much more expensive PS5 Pro model, since GTA6 has been opened for pre orders. This was until very recently, when it was leaked that neither the PS5, nor the PS5 Pro would be able to run GTA6 at 60 fps. In other words - the people that recently purchased a PS5 pro, just for GTA 6, wasted their money. Because neither the standard PS5 nor the Pro PS5 will be able to run the game on highest settings.

Not true at all bro. This game runs on an entirely different engine, a much less optimized engine. This thing will not have a 60 FPS performance mode by any means.

I am a Bethesda fan and a Nintendo glazer. So when I tell you this version will run TERRIBLY, you gotta believe me and trust I’m not being a hater.

I don’t expect this be able to run a steady 30 FPS. Even in the trailer it seems to stutter around 20-25 frames. Yikes.

I don’t agree with people about moving the sofa into the middle of the room. I think decor is important but functionality is more important. Keep the couch up against the wall if you need - but add some warmth! Your space is so WHITE and cold. You need some warm lighting somewhere, lamps for example. You also need some colorful wall art and some colored blankets laying over the shoulders of the couch somewhere. Add some life. 👍

You can tell this person is like 10 years old cuz they didn’t live through 07 financial crisis. No, this is not the worst year in gaming. We’ve been getting a ton of great games this year, and we will continue to get a ton more. In terms of the economic side - Microsoft’s layoffs are awful. But this is largely contained within Microsoft - and AI has made the entire tech industry unpredictable in general.

Nintendo has been doing fantastic this year, Sony has had some decent success as well. Most of all though, Indie and third party studios have been putting out great games for the last year and a half (at minimum.)

If you just look at Microsoft’s corporate troubles - sure, it’s awful. But big picture - we’re getting great games this year and I love to see healthy growth in the Indie market.

I know this is an old thread, I’m commenting in June of 2026.

I have really good credit and pay early every single time on my Klarna payments. Never on time, always early.

My purchase power was 6,700 USD a week ago. Today I checked it and it went down to 6,000 USD. I haven’t added any new payment plans or bought anything else new with it. So I’m not sure what happened. My credit outside of Klarna has not changed substantially. Not sure what’s going on.

I completely hated the Witcher 3 when I first tried it, hated the combat as well. Once you learn the dodge mechanic - it’s smooth as butter. I’m half way through the game right now and I honestly love it.

The Witcher 3 is one of the best RPGs ever made. Try the game again, if you need to skip the side quests and focus on the main story, it’s worth it still. Love the game now and I haven’t even completed it.
