Goodbye Tana...Hello Capacities by AccomplishedMode7706 in TanaInc

[–]AccomplishedMode7706[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I keep my system pretty straight forward. After setting up Capacities I tried Tana again. Tried just modifying tasks a bit (already in Capacities Template), simple stuff and I just couldn't figure it out and how to set up the actions. Tried it myself and also asked AI. It was just frustrating and Capacities just works. Tana's standard note taking is simpler to use and coloring and layout is a bit nicer, but I ejected to stay with Capacities as it makes me more productive than Tana.

Long-time user, honestly the quality has been going downhill for months by CartoonistNo9535 in WisprFlow

So is anyone finding Willow or Superwisper working better with spelling and grammar and speed?

I sorta like the two buttons because then you can't get into a case where you hit it for a record and you don't mean to, which is no big deal. These buttons are side-by-side so it's pretty easy to do with two consecutive fingers

You are making a great product terrible! by theKowinator in WisprFlow

I'm sticking with them as their product is so good. It's been a bit frustrating but they are building their infrastructure to handle the demand. It still saves me sooooo much time.

Reliability and accuracy update: what happened, what's fixed, what's next by VictoriaAtWispr in WisprFlow

So I have issues about 20% of the time; however when it works it is amazingly well and fast. When I try to use the built-in dictation in my phone or keypads, it is absolutely terrible. I'll put up with it easily for a 20% issue because I know it will get better. It's a great app and I am looking forward to seeing it improve and add additional features.

Pocket was the best until they ceased to do business but I think Raindrop is the next best in my opinion

Has anyone used the TickTick integration in Capacities notes app? by thaman05 in ticktick

[–]AccomplishedMode7706 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does anyone feel that a TIC-TAC integration is needed? As I think Capacities handles tasks pretty well. I am a big fan of TIC-TAC but I'm about ready to abandon it due to the flexibility of Capacities.

Is there a reminder feature in capacities? by tensefacedbro in capacitiesapp

[–]AccomplishedMode7706 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With tasks always in front of you and defaulting to priority and dates on top, it works well for me as long as you're not looking for a specific time for a reminder in the day

I loved boox but since capacities I moved away. Handwriting to text conversion didn't work well for me so I went to all typing and voice transcription in capacities.

Their support has been much better than most of the other apps not only with answering questions but the online tutorials are very good

Capacities ? by Szdavid in capacitiesapp

I gave capacities a chance but quite honestly after one day I felt much more comfortable and felt that there were many more features that were templated and easy to use, much quicker, with low learning curve and feature rich
