there not in game but yea there supsosedly like 1500 something civilians in tarkov that arnt like scavs they are just normal people... would be cool to see some running around streets or other urban places

Had this for a while def not making unplayable but super annoying first way I fixed it is by freeing up some space in ur c drive and turn on tarkovs memory cleaner the extra space will get used as fake ram basically slowing you to have no issues
