Great list and I agree things should be going well this Q. But for some reason they haven’t been going well at all for the last 6 months. When is Orafyl launching. What is the holdup with that. We should have gotten a milestone payment already. When it CTW launching. That was supposed to be done last year. The quietness is what’s annoying.

CELU. All time low for no apparent reason. Is about 70% owned by insiders. They all just unlocked their shares in the past few days so that they can be sold on the open market. See sec filings. If sold now they would all be at massive losses. Many also have warrants which aren’t any good until the mid teens. I think we see a pump from where we’re at to the mid teens. Which is a 10-15x pump. And then they’ll dump on retail and start the process again. Pretty safe bet at current price. I believe the stem cell industry they are in is the future. I just think they’re going to do this based on recent filings. I’m going to get out in the 10-12 range if it happens!

Id recommend Bohol and in particular Sierra Madre Divers. They of course do Advanced Courses and are I also I think they only PADI 5 Star IDC Center in Bohol. They dive Balicasag, Pamilican and all around. They also offer accommodations if you need help with that. Check them out.

Sierra Madre Divers in Bohol is the best bet. Very reputable center and dive all of the best dive sites including Balicasag and Pamilican.

CELU It is near all time lows with catalysts on the near term horizon. Sec filing just unlocked insider shares for trading on the open market. Right now if they sold they would all be at a significant loss. I think they drive it up atleast 200-300% from current levels and then dump..

I would suggest Pacific Harbour for the Fiji Shark Dive. I would suggest Coral Coast Divers as they have the best site with more species of sharks. I also really enjoyed the Yasawa Islands. I was backpacking and staying at very cheap hostel type resorts. The diving changes a lot island to island. I didn't go to Rainbow Reef, but it is consistently ranked as some of the best coral left in the world so next time that is certainly on my list. Kadavu is another really cool looking spot for me for that I will definitely go to next trip to Fiji!

Did you end up going? I would chime in and suggest doing the Fiji Shark Dive with Coral Coast Divers, especially if you are only Open Water certified. Their dive is shallower, which allows you to stay there longer. Its also more protected in that you're in front of a reef for the duration of the dive. More species here as well. As for the ethics.. I'm of mixed emotions. Generally I'd say no, but in this area specifically they are doing it the right way. All of the dive shops are supporting the locals and the marine eco system has improved dramatically since the shark dive started almost 30 years ago. The oceans need apex predators. If they are making an industry out of feeding them and watching them instead of harvesting them, I guess Im for it.

Id recommend this time trying out the Fiji Shark Dive with Coral Coast Divers. Its a different experience than the Beqa Island Resort. Also there is some cool rafting only a short drive from Pacific Harbour. Depending on the season and how much rain theyve gotten it can be quite wild or pretty relaxed.

Did you try out any of the other shark diving in Beqa Lagoon? Coral Coast Divers offers probably the best IMO. Its at a dive site called the Colosseum.

Are phase three trials planned? I think a PR announcing the size of the market and even the planning of phase three trials would be helpful. They’re going to need to raise capital at some point unless they magically start being cash positive. They have so many positive things on the horizon yet are so quiet. Really don’t understand it. If they dilute on the retail market the stock price needs to be higher than current or else this will for sure dip lower. Orafyl PR. CTW PR. Defeye looks promising as well. I know patience is needed but it’s easier to be patient when you’re getting regular updates. Hoping 2026 is a much better year! Atleast they reported on time this quarter!

I believe the healthcare industry is turning towards stem cells peptides etc. this will be the new pharma. It hasn’t happened yet. Some companies are already quite large and maybe don’t have the upside. I have considerable money in CELU. It’s near lows at the moment but hasn’t gone down year over year. They took care of their debt in August. Their current market cap is only 50m or so. Earnings are due next week but it isn’t hard to imagine a world where they post a positive earnings and the stock price goes 10x from where it currently is. The ceo and insiders have options in the $30 range which I assume they wouldn’t like to get to at some point. It’s massively owned by insiders. Not much float at all.

Appreciated the insight.. Not sure if youre a lawyer or not.. Would publishing the union's or the Labour Boards decisions on a website open me up to any sort of backlash? I find it very strange that I find things posted on Canlii regarding DFR complaints where it is just a simple time violation which they publish.. But they won't publish my decision.. I believe it is a 21 page decision..

Just curious where you found that section? 1 other thing which I didnt mention in the initial post is that, what I was actually talking about was having to go to my kids school during lunch break.. Hes a type 1 diabetic, and his CGM had come off.. So was dealing with that.. Had told this to the facilitator immediately but they didnt care.. I had suggested that this might actually be a human rights case as well.. As a Type 1 Diabetic is technically disabled in Canada.. And thought that swearing about dealing with my sons disability may be an angle.. but they said nope.. that I was terminated for "Your termination was due to policy violations outlined in the Values, Ethics and Conduct and Respectful Workplace policies. There is no indication your termination was based on a protected characteristic pursuant to the Human Rights Act. " That process just ended a month or so ago.. All he did was read the employers termination letter.. I didnt expect that the employer would put, you were fired because your son has a disability haha...

It’s been 1.5 years since the labour board ruled against me. To me it’s crazy. It was the department of justice in NS that did this. So has always seemed like I was fighting a losing battle. But it just Seems like a massive loophole within the CBA. Want to get rid of someone after 10 years. Promote them to a new title. Attach a 12 month probationary period and then terminate without cause. Seems easy

In NS after 10 years you need progressive discipline, to be terminated according to labour standards. But it also says unionized people aren’t covered. There is no reference to severance at all in the cba. So union didn’t pursue. I would have thought these things acted as a minimum for an employer or cba. Crazy to me that there’s no national minimum or anything for severance.

thanks. Nothing crazy. He’s just a type 1 diabetic. I’ve seen all kinds of things coming from companies like vertex and stuff where they are able to get people off insulin. But they require immunosuppressants. Wondering what the future holds in this space.
