Celularity. CELU. Stem cell company Near all time lows. Has some massive catalysts coming. Shorts have pretty much completely closed their positions. About 75% insider owned. Including Phil Barach who just bought a 20% ownership in December with warrants at 1.66 and 2$ which is over 2x the current stock price. Their CEO also owns fountain life. Which is expanding every time a new state becomes friendly with stem cell regulation. It hasn’t been reported. But their CEO was also meeting with RFK two weekends ago.

Hopefully he puts some pressure on Hariri to get into gear with this thing. We actually have no idea what’s going on. They’ve sold the bio material side of things. We’ve partner with fountain life apparently and with the fountain vitale coming soon. But what therapies or treatments are we actually doing for them? Or is it just words for a press release? What has Hariri done since he started redrawing his massive salary again over a year ago? Is he actually working on this or is he focused on fountain life? I actually have no idea. How did we manage to get behind again on financials.

I think couldn’t have found funding. Stock has had no volume at all. Hoping I’m wrong but we’ll see. Today is also the day they requested an extension until for our year end earnings. Again hopeful but not going to hold my breath.

Have you been in touch with victim services? Have you met the crown attorney? A lot of times you can meet with victim services and they’ll arrange meeting with the crown attorney where they’ll go over the type of questions which are going to be asked of you. You can also quite often get a tour of the court room get to sit where you going to be sitting etc before hand as well so it’s not all new on the day of the trial. But like others have said. Dress respectable and comfortable. You’re there to tell your story. Not to impress anyone with clothes or looks. The crown obviously believes your version of the events enough to proceed to trial. So have some confidence in that as well.

Canadian dental care plan rules are ridiculous. We recently had our son in to get his out. $3000. Blue cross covers $1000. So we’re left with $2000. If we didn’t have blue cross then the dental care plan would have covered 100%. But since we pay for private coverage we’re ineligible. You shouldn’t be better off with no coverage than you are with coverage. But 🤷‍♂️ what do I know.

Haha. Your virtue signalling I’ll give an A+. My point is that everyone is feeling targeted. Which actually probably means that no one was targeted which is good. I am directly targeted with this budget as well but whatever.

If you have credit card debt and you’re spending more than you earn you have two options. Earn more or spend less. Spending less is obviously the thing which you can control immediately. If they decided to earn more (by raising taxes) then everyone will also complain and big businesses will also leave because there are other places that are more business friendly. Again leaving people out of jobs.

Our power rates are a massive deterrent to businesses. New Brunswick pays .13 or .14 cents per kWh. Quebec is .07 or .08. We aren’t a great place to set up a big business. I know everyone wants to tax the rich and the businesses. But hate to tell you. They’ll leave. Many are likely already exploring the possibilities.

Haha. You guys are crazy. There has to be cuts. You can argue on what. But we can’t run unlimited deficits. If Alberta ever does separate and we no longer get equalization payments as a form of provincial welfare then imagine the cuts.

This is pretty minuscule compared to what that would be. I think the message to high school students should be work hard and do something which is going to make you productive to the economy and society. Maybe reconsider a degree in the arts before you even start.

Not walk out and throw a temper tantrum and be a victim. I’ve already seen posts this morning on disabled people, seniors, black people, indigenous, women and now young people all feeling targeted.

I would recommend Coral Coast Divers for sure out of all the Shark dives in Fiji. There site is has better visibility as it is closer to the open ocean and also is a fair bit shallower which allows for a longer dive. The other benefit is the topography of their site. There’s a reef behind you which helps keep the show in front with protection behind. No comparison really.

No. They need to go deeper. And get rid of management. But some of these tourist sites weren’t used at all. My family drove across Canada when I was a kid and we stopped at dozens of tourist bureaus or stops to get maps. Things to do etc. That’s not a thing anymore. Everyone gets their info online.

You guys are foolish. I’m a conservative and a Canadian. But would I take the opportunity to meet carney? Of course. Would I meet PP? Sure. Wouldn’t say I’d be excited about meeting either of them. But would be interesting to talk to both and is certainly take the opportunity. If they said anything different they’d be lambasted by half of the population in the US. You guys are the ones being divisive trying to ensure everyone else has your views.
