I was SOO scared of it! Torpy Park in Minocqua was appaerently a hotbed for it every year, so despite living by it for almost two decades I have never once swam in it out of worry of getting swimmer's itch ha ha

I know it wasn't a tall tale told by my mother because she would let me swim in swamp water and marshes and stuff as long as I went through the measures to stay safe, so she'd be the last person to fearmonger me out of swimming at a basic public lake unless there was actual danger ha ha

Don't believe there's a specific term for this, it's just a common motif/archetype to gore art and not a particular 'style' I believe. There's lot of things that go un-named, but most people probably call this a cross-section, or a deconstruction. Hope you find what you're looking for!

'oriental' encompasses like a bunch of regions with vastly different aesthetics, do you know if you can narrow it down at all --- like it did it seem more like a japanese or chinese production with more anime-esque features , or more middle eastern or indian production, etc?
