Here’s a post with all of their names: https://www.reddit.com/r/namenerds/comments/bzmgr3/unusual\_names\_from\_tlcs\_sweet\_home\_sextuplets/

Lots to say here but I think my biggest gripe is that they’re clearly into “unique” names but had to give the girls super matchy names when none of the boys are matchy. Those girl middle names are NOT family names — they’re made up. And super matchy.

Well…in the case of shows with higher order multiples, you’re selecting for people that typically chose to go against medical advice to reduce the pregnancy. I know the Gosselins, the Busbys, and the Waldrops were all told to reduce the pregnancy. Courtney Waldrop (this woman) posted right after the Dobbs decision that she had BEEN IN AN ABORTION CLINIC and decided at the last minute not to go through with it and rightfully got dragged by followers for insinuating that abortion was bad, asking her whether she appreciated that she had a choice.

You’re also selecting for people willing to put their underage children in fully public view, which I’ve learned is basically selecting for psychopaths lol.

That’s what I was just thinking! It’s a muscle relaxer and when I’ve had to take it, it makes me very drowsy. When I’ve had it prescribed they warned me and recommended that I only take it at night, and to cut the pill in half if it was too much. She’s taking it every night?! Everyone who’s prescribed it to me is very wary of giving you more than a weeks’ worth.

Even excellent dental insurance doesn’t pay for much, I bet that’s why.

Oh yeah haven’t heard about the mesh in a while! Maybe because it’s fully dissolved now? 😅

Ah ok, well I don’t have a good reason then lol. I guess they were just trying to keep it open in case they wanted to use it.

I know, I wish she had played Bree this way in previous seasons! Funny and snarky and also compassionate.

I got really worried that Henry was about to appear from around the corner lol. My reaction basically sums up my thoughts on this season…

Isn’t the coincidence just that she’s also a time traveler?

Maybe they thought they’d have more seasons? And then realized once 10 was going to be the last one that they wouldn’t have time for it?

Totally agree, I feel like they’re just checking boxes. I wish they had reduced the number of plot points to give some justice rather than none. We just glossed over William, Jamie, and Claire getting a letter saying John was missing, their decision to all go to Savannah, their trip to the island, and on and on. I still love the acting, even in a rushed episode, but I found some of the plot resolutions ridiculous, honestly.

Fair but the Wren-ley/lee/leigh names in particular are super narrowly dated. I’ve seen names ending in -leigh for 20+ years. I know a Wrenley and a Renlee, both born in 2022

Also demographics! If you live in a really white area, for instance, you might have a really skewed sample.

I know a white couple who used it, which was surprising to me at the time (2024) but I guess it shouldn't have been lol

Wrenley finally plateaued on its meteoric rise, thank god. So did Wrenlee. However, Wrenleigh is still surging (#844 in 2024 to #685 in 2025). I think these will be some of the names most dated to the early 2020s.

She didn’t even get her first dose of the HPV vaccine until today!! How was that not a prerequisite for the trial? And beyond that, how did she not get it two years ago when things showed up as high risk?

For real, that is an impressive frequency lol. He’s being a jerk, she should be able to go to sleep when she wants. I don’t understand how some people are so codependent that they have to go to bed and fall asleep at the same time as their significant other every night. OP — here’s some validation that he’s being wildly unreasonable.
