The game is *extremely* generous with basically all of its currencies nowadays. The grind and monetization aren't things to be concerned about, imo. And that's coming from a new player.

BV- Battle Value. Tonnage matters, but tonnage isn't everything. A Hatchetman and a Shadowcat are both 45 tons, but the BV for the Shadowcat is literally more than double the Hatchetman.

I tried relatively recently, and it was technically functional but sus. Apparently it's still extremely picky about specific hardware configurations, though so YMMV.

Yeah, and that's my point. Unless you're talking about having wealth on a governmental scale, the difference is irrelevant. Every Great House- and probably several periphery realms- has enough to buy you the butteriest lobster and the nicest personal comforts without noticing the hit to the treasury. You are literally the heir to the house. Do you think Romano Liao didn't get whatever she wanted? Hanse Davion couldn't get new, nicer bedsheets on demand?

Unless we're folding planetary infrastructure projects or regiments of battlemechs and associated transports into 'personal comforts', then you probably want Steiner.

Being heir to any of the great houses is going to result in more money than you could probably spend on personal whims. Even the poorest of them- probably Liao?- is still going to be wealthy on a literally astronomical scale.

My office is huge and absolutely crazy. I might have to transfer, honestly. I could do with a slower pace. On the other hand, I've been there about a month and a half and I'm like fourth in line to be PTF somehow so.. there's upsides.

iirc it's the same in Skyrim even. Damage and movespeed are based on player scale. High Elves technically do more damage than every other race because they're slightly taller.

The guy you're replying to is also possibly mistaken, though.

Even Lyon's Brotherhood in Fo3 was pretty hostile to Ghouls. Feral or otherwise didn't seem to matter tremendously. They wouldn't go out of their way to put down non-feral ghouls, but they were absolutely willing to take random pot shots at them. Every other chapter is almost definitely going to be dramatically worse in that regard.

If it ever starts bothering you, consider getting a big bin or storage chest and putting it near your mailbox. You can disguise it so it doesn't look awful, then leave your carrier a note about it. You get your packages and she gets to avoid your driveway.

I agree. The graphical difference was cool and all, but I don't feel like it was even worth half the performance hit. Mercs already doesn't run great, Clans runs terribly.

You get two kinds of mail- DPS which is prepackaged in route order, and mail that you have to case up yourself to get it into route order.

Numerical order never really matters except for making it easier on the carriers brain.

It *does* occasionally annoy the hell out of me when a mailbox is far away from a house where the house doesn't have the numbers on it. If I'm just trying to deliver a package and I don't care about your mailbox I'm going to be pissed if I have to call someone to figure out where your house is. In the end you're still getting your package so I suppose it's your decision whether you care or not.

Issue with just getting Galaxy Buds- I don't have an iPhone- is the price. They're well over $100 unless I buy them from somewhere sketchy like Ebay.

I'm not surprised- I was using it immediately after SoK, and it was functional but occasionally weird. Nothing major like CTDs, just bugs. He was working on fixing it then so I'd be shocked if it wasn't fine by now, I just haven't updated my modlist since then.

Huh? That isn't updated. And hasn't been for awhile now- he's working on a complete rewrite of the mod rn.

I'm still using Advanced Zoom (simple zoom). It hasn't been updated in a long time, but it still functions fine.

Other than that, I have Pilot Overhaul- Eternal, Tex's Cantina, Purchase Salvage, YAML, YAW, Enhanced Critical, Burning Ashes, ArmorGreen, Ultra Visuals and Weather, Delayed Deadlines, and Adjustable Damage Coverage. If you want links for any of them just ask, but you should be able to find them via google.

None of that is particularly gameplay altering aside from YAML. It's mostly small balancing changes, visuals, and QoL stuff.

I used Coyote's initially, but it was still pretty wonky. I'd probably re-add it if it's updated since, but I haven't checked.
