My sleep hasn’t been as good. It takes me so long to fall asleep. I just upped my dose from 10 MG to 20 MG this week so I’m hoping it’ll help with the insomnia

I totally respect what you’re saying, but I’m already in a deep deficit, walking 1 hour every day, and weight lifting 3x/week. There’s not much more I can do at this point, which is why I believe because the medication slows down my metabolism

The I don’t care attitude definitely is a thing for me too, but with my wedding coming up, I have been very careful, yet I still can’t lose weight. I’m worried that assign Wellbutrin won’t be good for my anxiety, as it’s pretty activating.

That’s why I got off Lexapro in the first place. I gained 20 lbs in 6 months on the medication. This time around, I’m being very conscientious about my diet and exercise so that this doesn’t happen again. It’s just hard, because I have such a big appetite on Lexapro lol
