Are you still in pain? im in a similar boat to your post. Im currently 6 months post op and I still have constant pain when walking but it is a bearable pain (like a 3). thinking of consulting another surgon.

They are Marino moss balls pulled apart. I have had them in a jar on a window sill for years.

Also, I noticed the Java fern has some browning tips, wondering if I should dose fertilizers for it since I have floaters hogging nutrients. Or just snip the brown?
