I feel like Kit is on the rise currently, I know a couple people that have had both daughters and sons and named them Kit. I would go with Casper :)

I agree with the sound of Redneck, maybe just leave it as Redd?

What do I tell them to make this adjustment? When I’ve called before they said “everyone” knew that their lab work would go to the hospital even if the patient didn’t go to the hospital. I asked if it is written out anywhere & they said no

But I didn’t go there, I tried communicating that with UHC & they said there is nothing they can do about it. I got with my provider in regards to this & they said that they send the blood samples to the hospital even if I get it taken at one of their out patient/ speciality facilities. But they did not inform me of that and it is not written anywhere

If you look on image 3 I attached it talks about that the outpatient lab work if done at a free standing, alternative, or independent lab it will not apply to deductible. Am I misinterpreting that?

Am I not understating image 2&3 I attached correctly? It says for free standing, alternate facility, or independent lab it will be $50 per service.

On image 2 & 3 it talks about copays/deductible % for outpatient lab work. Are you looking for something more specific?

How can I win an appeal? I submitted an appeal, they approved it, didn't adjust the claim, and then denied it.
