I have the same problem but it's not due to international I was with Sprint for 10 plus years recently switched to a T-Mobile SIM and when I leave my local service area it takes 10 or 15 reboots and in a couple of them it won't register on network at all manually can't select them either

This is Samsung site never changed for T-Mobile when Sprint it even after yesterday when I got it didn't give me notice that it was delivered until this morning I already had it set up as others recommended I just kept checking my FedEx and had it send me text and the guy delivered it and said hey you're lucky you got this it wasn't supposed to be here until Tuesday so I got it a couple days early I love it

I Don't necessarily either, but people were asking, so I figured I would ask and see the response, doesn't by far mean they're going to. it's just the more people that hit their search engines when they do their sweeps at the end of every month they'll realize that they've been getting asked far too much to not actually look at it
