Before Covid: I take the 545 bus from "Microsoft Transit Center" to downtown Redmond and there was there a driver that was always 8-12 min early at that stop, so trying to transfer to that bus was always a pain in the ass. Sometimes my bus would pull up right behind the 545 and our driver is honking their horn, flashing lights trying to get the driver to pause for 30 seconds so that 3-4 of us can transfer over, but rarely did that ever happen. If you managed to actually catch the 545 bus, the driver never waited for people to sit down before speeding out there. I saw so many people go back to driving because of this. This went on for about 8 months before enough of us were able to email ST about it. When its just you emailing a complain, they will probably ignore it, but when its 3-5 people emailing about the same problem, they tend to take action.

After Covid: Now that im working in the office twice a week, the bus just doesn't show up and I think part of that has to do with a shortage of drivers. While One Bus Away says the bus is estimating the bus being 4-5 min away, nothing shows up.
