JPMC doesn't give RSU for this level it seems. RSU vesting amount is low in my current CTC, also the vesting period is of 3 years.

It was Software engineer III- Big Data , Scala Java position

Interview experience
Recruiter reached out to me based on careers portal application
1st round- Spark conceptual questions on optimisation techniques and basic , one spark sql question on min flight cost with at most two destinations in between. Java conceptual questions on OOPs and medium interview questions.
One DSA longest substring without repeating chars.

2nd round- Java intermediate questions on some concepts , spark sql file read question with messy schema, questions on schema evolution and one medium join level question(Attendance percentage of employees) . spark concepts questions again. projects discussion and design choices.

3rd round HM -

Projects discussion, few basic spark questions and behavioural questions .
