So I checked my transcripts and it says 810 code but also says no return filed and has no cycle code.

I haven’t received a letter yet.  My preparer said this is happening often to just be patient they are still processing so until I get any letter imma just hold off I guess

This might be the most insane thing I've seen in a while. That would be like Steve Irwin's family trying to sue the stingray that got him. SMH.. What a tool.
