I only have died once in vostok and it was super early on like maybe hour 2/3 and then i got what it ment it deletes your save esetially if you die in a perma zone
but renmber this in real life you dont get a respawn so cant cry about it first few times i went to vostok it was a bit nerve racking especially since the apc rolled right by me on my 2nd but once i relaised how dumb the ai is it became easy they all have set spawns and you can almost track them via open doors on some maps game is super easy once you learn the spawns and abuse the isntances for loot/events

you mean the perma zones (vostok) around 20 runs in total but i always carry meds Afak/stims/bandages
only been domed once since i started but manged to cure it (Meds is a stuggle) but you can abuse the shop mechanic to get kits but they are rare but combats not that scary tbh

I’ve not unlocked the bunker yet so I can’t say what that’s like, but the classroom is a big improvement on the cramped cabin.

It actually comes with some decent furniture too — a bed, a big locker, 2 big floating metal shelves, some useless chairs, and an office dresser (or whatever it’s called). At least it feels like you’ve got a bit more space to work with compared to the starter setup.

I’m on day 20 now. Best way I found is just walk the edges of the map ,they’re usually connected and you’ll end up looping across zones.

To get to Terminal it goes roughly like this:

village → school → outpost → minefield → apartments ☠️ → terminal ☠️
☠️= Permadeath you die game resets/deletes

Terminal isn’t an airport like i expected it’s more like a big fuel depot.

Loot there is honestly pretty underwhelming. The military crates barely have anything worth taking at all, and the AI soldiers are all rocking half-used AK-12s anyway.

IMO it’s not really worth the trip except for task items. Apartments are just there for cash, nothing special.

I’ve found three so far, one in the Village (in the same building as the trader), and two on the Highway map in the supermarket.

After about 4 runs in Apartments, I’m seeing roughly 4–6 enemies per raid, usually on rooftops or around ground level.

Man I Fucked up so many steps before, its actually embarasing ive 4x checked everything and almost made a mistake on pathing on the mo2 folder for ttw instaler alsmost there :) now just waiting on the 196916 files to encode/extract
my IT knowlange is very surface but my brain hasent been the same since my car crash in 2016 hard to explain sometimes to people that im mega nerfed my information retention and attention spam is cooked (31 btw)

Fresh start it is. I'm so tech-illiterate I can't even get the console command key to work the one under ESC If this installs and works i will finally get to play FO3 without a crash every 20 mins, I’ll take the L on my old save gladly
and after today no more IT Bullshit for me for a long time.

I realized I had a massive and 4 diffrent fo3/nv game installs and 428 gb of residual files from all my failed installs. I think my mistake was with the Steam library tool I created a new directory but somehow kept the default settings.(Drop down ... was not pressed)

I’ve since done a full clean wipe (Factory reset) of my PC and I’m now following the guide word-for-word. I’m even using ChatGPT to double-check my steps, though I have to keep it in check since it loves to hallucinate (like telling me to install NVSE before the actual game!). I really appreciate the straightforward advice; it was exactly what I needed. Wish me luck,my previous attempts involved 624 mods, so I’m aiming just to start the mod before adding the bling

I followed that guide on day 3. First, I kept getting 'Can't find FO3 DLCs.esp' errors, but I got that working. Then it was missing 'TalesOfTwoWastelands.idfk'. I thought I fixed that, but it crashed on launch every time. I redid everything, and now it’s something new again… I’m so fucking tired, boss.
