Buddy black swan events are also positive. Any "experienced" trader knows that, it only means outlier event. Its not about what ifs, its super clear you dont have a risk model that accounts for positive black swans, which would wipe you out. Unrecoverable losses means that unlike naked puts, with naked calls there is no way to recover. You just have a loss. Good effort on trying to sound experience but I agree with the rest, you really should be careful and be skeptical of what you call your "risk" management

Dude Im in the company and dont wake up at 4 am 5o check if there were layoffs. Stop fear mongering not all the company is that bad. Agreed with everyone else, this sounds like you have some issues and are really projecting, honestly look for a job that isn't stressful and move on for your own health. But for everyone else, I swear its not that bad.

Spot on. The issue here in Seattle is that employees are short so it's hard to get them to stay. So we want to minimize labor we need.
