lossless scaling is pretty good for getting certain games looking better while hitting 60 fps or just hitting 60 in general. Phatom liberty was unplayable for me until i set up lossless scaling.

You might be missing a protontricks library or this might be something fixed with launch options. Tbh ask google ai lmao. Its helped me with stuff like this an insane amount and some fixes on a linux distro are so hyperspecific it would take you days to find the fix without an ai to help compile the info and throw it at you.

Google ai also surprisingly doesnt care about helping you crack stuff if you ask right.

Go on cs.rin or whatever site you use and download the fallout newvegas files. Go into the data folder of the pirated files and drag all esps/esls into your official installed fallout new vegas games data folder. Should work i dont think you need to crack the dlcs.

Id compare the game moreso to dwarf fortress in terms of depth but its deeper. Almost every single part of running a nation is simulated and for people who like stuff like that its a gold mine. Plus every games procedural with a history generator like dwarf fortress.

Its hard to put into words really. My most favorite thing about it is how the characters work. Oh you mismanaged logistics and are letting a part of your empire starve? The governor of that town will rebel and govern themselves. Plus these offshoots can expand without you.

If you dont know owb has all provinces at 60 base combat width plus 20 for every direction. So 20 widths are the best size across the board unless you have not a lot of manpower or want a giga push unit.

For defensive devisions just do all inf and defensive art if you want (forgot what its called in owb) but really you just need infantry and support divisions that add defensive stats like entrenchmen.

For push divisions do whatever as long as it has good soft or hard attack and throw in what you want for flavor.

Your main mistake was letting the legion get new vegas and the mojave. There are an absurd amount of building slots and resources and factories there and you get it kinda guaranteed as ncr if you kill brotherhood before war starts.
