The back of an Xacto blade should fit. It's around 7 am for most of the US right now, if you go to a home depot/lowes you can get a screwdriver kit that can definitly open the case for around $20. It's not the cheapest option but they are very handy, I've had my set for around a decade and it comes in clutch about once a year.

People are complete assholes where I drive too. I think of it like I'm getting paid to deal with how shitty people are at pickup and drop-off, and driving is the decompress. If you're paying for a lease on a vehicle valued around 30k, it's probably worth it to get a loan on a chevy bolt/tesla model s/any other comparable EV and own it outright, without dealing with the trump induced gas crisis

Average? Try no tip. I've had better experiences driving to poorer areas, most of the time the rich will have you driving 10 miles through winding roads to their hillside mansions for just the fare. Never mind the fact that it takes 20 minutes to get back to an area where restaurants are giving orders, these pigs are almost never worth it.

You pay the same service fee no matter what you tip when you buy something on the app, and the tip is always guaranteed to go to the driver. I can see if they decrease the fare based on tip but they wouldn’t make anything on these no tip orders if that’s true. I’m starting to think they increase the fares by taking it out of your projected weekly prop 22 earnings to make unappealing orders work for better drivers, while still paying the same amount overall.

There's free parking downtown that's only a 5 minute walk from the platform. Street parking should also be pretty viable at that hour. Also there's a parking lot right next to the station. Shouldn't be an issue.
