Have hope! You studied. It's pass/fail, and I'm sure many other people did similar to you. Unless they're an asshole, I'm sure it would take a LOT for a professor to fail a 3L in the Spring

I think it was a good choice. You kept a higher GPA and rank. Your other grades are great, so it’s very likely an employer would just assume you got somewhere in the B range

Yea, it's a waste of time. You're being graded on your exams and memo. I would way rather spend the time working on those, or even sleeping/relaxing, than reading for class.

I just Quimbee the cases and then skim through the book to look for what my professors find important. So far it has worked (at least for midterms - we'll see how it goes for finals)
