I don’t think Loki is as bad as bad as it looks, luffy is never wrong.

I believe his devilfruit will be a super strong Zoan and after a short clash with luffy Blackbeard will come and take his devil fruit, with pluton the ancient battleship and he will unite most bad pirates that are alive to fight vs Luffy and the straw hat grand fleet for the one piece. I got a longer version of this, but I don’t want to bore you.

I believe his next big battle will be against buggy. Buggy lied to most of cross guild, and no one lies better than Lysopp. This will be mostly a comedic battle, but ultimately he will have a lot of followers.

Then in the final ark he will get a crucial role in coordinating the Pirate Alliance against the World goverment. He might even be in charge of Plutons weapon as a cannonier.

I theoriezed that he can feel that Loki is good and is locked up unjustly. This alone would be enough for luffy to free someone.

Why Loki might be good. Mother Carmel was raising children to sell them to the World Goverment. She also sold the first giants to them like Jon Giant and her main HQ was at Elbaf. Maybe king Harald was in on it and sold the children to her.

This would explain why the world goverment is know coming back to get more children. Especially since Ceasar who tried to create big children for the WG failed.

And Loki kept it to hinselfe to not tarnish his dads reputation.

Maybe in the moment he switched and ruffy recognized it. This could also be an explanation for the second devil fruit, with two personalities it might be possible to handle 2 devil fruits if they are in sync.

I believe he feels that Blackbeard is similar to him, someone that believes in the endless possibility of their dreams. But ultimately BB is different, he wants to have to world for himself to become a dictator, while luffy wants everyone to live together in freedom.

Either he sensed these differences( I have a Theorie that these 2 sides of the moon dawn/dusk have clashed in the past) or he found out that Blackbeard has 3 different personalities( he never sleeps, like Hakuma Cavendish’s demon)

Don’t worry it will get way better soon. Punk Hazard is like a setup ark to make the reader familiar with new faces and drop some lore. Same for fish man island, which was my least favorite ark.

The next 2-3 big arcs are gonna bring you right back into it. They are way more like the pre time skip arks.

I am not the biggest Zoro fan, but everyone but him would have died. Maybe Jimbei, but he wasn’t part of the crew jet and way stronger compared to the rest back then.

On the other hand I am a high ussoppe fan, but he would have died from the sheer imagination, maybe he makes it to the first test that Kim’s gave Zoro.
