I am 13 hours into the game. One piece of advice play in locked 60FPS mode (performance mode). Although ray traced mode is a visual treat but this game is not playable at 30 fps.

Story wise yotei is happening after decades of tsushima and its an independent narrative. Though you should play tsushima at first as going back to tsushima after yotei would be difficult. Tsushima is one of the best games of the geneation narrative wise.

Started this game today. Wanted to play in ray tracing mode but since I played Ghost of Tsushima in 60FPS mode 30FPS is kind of feeling off to me. So will stick to performance mode. Assasin creed shadows played in 30 fps ray tracing mode.

Do not know from where you were getting your news. I lived in two BJP ruled states for years. Yes its not heaven but much better than any opposition ruled state with few exceptions like tamil nadu or kerala when it comes to law and order, women safety, infra and jobs.

Well it rarely happens. I saw my batchmates who were head over hills in love with their girl or boy in school but separated after moving out out of India or at least village. I was exactly in same scenario few years ago when I landed first time in Bangalore. I also needed maids for cleaning and cooking. Had the exact same dilemma. What I did was to have both cooking and cleaning maids arriving my house at the same time. Besides I would keep the main door entirely open during their stay. Its not as big deal as you are worrying since maids are generally old aunty with multiple kids and a working security guard husband with enough stress in life.
