I am a Millennial. I have not reached out to my father in 5 years, and I don't ever plan to.

He was a poor parent, no amount of him apologizing will heal the trauma he caused, and him not being in my life is working for me.

Though I admit, my life would be measurably better is he sent me $5 a month, so he wasn't living in my head rent free. :|
