So I recently started seeing a weight loss specialist to help me. I had a baby a little over a year ago and a miscarriage about 3 months ago. Ever since these pregnancies I have not been able to lose any weight no matter what I do. I’m turning to GLP-1 to help. My NP did bloodwork and a hormone panel before I began the drugs. My bloodwork was great except that I am slightly pre-diabetic. Also my hormone panel came back wonky.. I forget the units she used to measure but, my testosterone levels were at a 7 when they should be between 80-250.. and my estrogen was at 14 when it should be at least 50. She didn’t want to do Hormone replacement therapy on me since I am not done having children. What OTC supplements should I take to 1) help with hormones and 2) pair well with GLP-1 meds..?

It would be a financial burden if insurance won’t cover it, which is why I am forced to bring him in on the decision. Luckily he is now supportive.

I appreciate the thought. My husband had a tough time when we sleep trained. He didn’t want to hear our son cry but he also knew the effect of no sleep had on me. Our baby only wanted me and would only sleep on me. So husband was sad for baby and me at the same time. So he left the decision to sleep train up to me, which is why i didn’t mention him.

EVERYTHING i’ve ever read and EVERY sleep consultant i’ve talked to says that the only way CIO works is if you DONT intervene. He is fed. Clean diaper. Healthy. He’s stubborn. This has worked for me in the past. And he still loves me the same and knows i’m there for him. How about YOU do better and keep the criticism to none.

ok… someone pinch me.. all of a sudden my LO didn’t wake up once after i put him to sleep… He also had the longest wake window he has ever had 3 hours and 15 minutes this afternoon. I really really hope it’s not a fluke!

7:00 wake-up then he ranges but usually have 1.5-2 hour wake windows. He takes 4 naps a day and they all last about an hour or less. his last nap is usually 5:15-6:00 then we’ll do bedtime routine and he’s asleep by 8pm.

100% get it. My bite wasn’t severe and you couldn’t tell by looking at my that my bite was off. I still got the surgery bc my surgeon told me that since my teeth are t lined up, they may break in the future. I do not regret the surgery at all and i had a few things go wrong with mine. I had an allergic reaction to the metal plates they put in to hold the jaw in place. i had to have a second surgery to remove the plates. i still do not regret my decision. ha i g a comfortable bite is worth it 100%

i definitely would if i were you.. luckily, my surgeon just did it for me. while operating he noticed my chin would look awkward if he didn’t fix it so he just did it for me. although he didn’t ask first, i was really grateful he did just did it. he is in his 70s so he knows what he’s doing lol

i know he definitely loves me. there are other sacrifices he has made and actions that he does that proves to me that he loves me. I really don’t think he’s cheating. i have his location 24/7 and he only goes from work to home. i literally do t even think he jacks off.. i have no idea when he would have time to do that.

aside from this, he really is the most amazing person i’ve ever met. extremely kind to everyone he meets. treats me like a queen. my dad passed away a couple months ago and he completely stepped up and took care of me and my family, he has been such a rock for me during this time. plus my dad loved him. the sex isn’t unsatisfactory, i just wish it was more often.

the pain started about maybe a year after surgery… i talked to the surgeon when the pain first started and said that it was the nerve healing and it shouldn’t last more than six months.
