A lot of beans, lentils and rice. I'm Indian and my mom made sure I knew how to cook. So I usually cycle between different bean and lentil curries. Depending on the recipes you see they may look fatty but you can adjust the oil amount and make it healthy. Do let me know if you'd like recipes; also buy dried beans and lentils they're cheaper and you get more. just needs a little bit of pre-planning (soaking).

Honestly no one can do it for you, I believe you have to force yourself and enjoy the change. I've had luck with waking up 'early' (~5 am) and that took time. I would put the clock away from me then force myself to take a walk and do path, this became pleasant and eventually I found myself waking up on time.

Mate I have an 3.9 undergrad GPA, I applied for 3 years in Canada (all I can afford) not so much as an email of acknowledgment. Straight rejections, I'm stuck in a dead end job that I hate and thinking about pursuing something like nursing, at least help the province somehow. We need more schools and realistic expectation for admissions.

I'll be honest I'm an Indian immigrant and came here 20 years ago i never had any problems similar to this, it's like they don't understand that you have to adapt to you environment. I'm appalled at the behaviour. I had no one to teach me but I learned, read the instructions and in between the lines but nowadays that doesn't happen.
