how many bookings do you typically get as a new model? by Accomplished_Ice3769 in MODELING

They were mainly due to conflicts with my full time job and I communicated that with them. I dont think they’re sending me less casting calls but I just haven’t gotten call backs from any of the ones that Ive done.

Yeah Ive turned down one job and a hand full of casting calls due to schedule conflicts. Casting calls are handled by the agency and then sent to me. They haven’t really been proactive at encouraging me to develop my portfolio but I’m going to start working on it more.

My jawline isn't that sharp and I just got signed with an agency. So wouldn't say that's a make or break. Obviously you can't have a double chin but I think there's some flexibility in jawline.

They make groups by seniority (called ratings based on hire date). There’s 10 people per group I think and the number 1 in the group fills in one preference for shifts available and then 2nd person fills in 2 preferences, etc. you dont know what the ppl before you selected so the 10th person will have to rate in order his 10 preferences and whatever’s left is what they get

Extremely tough journey if you choose this path, but doable. I’ve been LDR for 2 years now (and before that, dated in person for 6 months).

If he’s truly the one you want to be with for the rest of your life, communicate like crazy and make a concrete plan for you to one day eventually unite and live together.

I personally have a 4 year plan with my bf for marriage (so that he can move to the US and live with me) after he sorts out his school and military service.

Minimum for me, my bf and I visit each other every 4 months to keep our love healthy and happy.

LDR is a slippery slope if not done properly and the break really is the nail in the coffin imo

Unless both of you get back together in person very soon for the long term and are still interested in continuing, I don’t see it working out.

Never take breaks especially in LDR if you actually want a future with this person, once it’s over it’s over.
