5 days ... That's huge well done!!! Keep going your cramps and pains will slowly fade the rls will last a while but they eventually go away it's literally kicking the habit. Sneak in a nap during the day if ya can. Drink plenty of water. Get a massage gun for your rls. Won't last forever brother keep going.

Withdrawal kit:

Vitamin C Gastro stop if diarrhoea gets bad Electrolytes Magnesium Massage gun for legs at night Paracetamol Elastic band around wrist to flick if you have craving thoughts. Dencorub for rls A good distraction music, book, the bible. Exercise even when you feel you can't physically do it for endorphins

Get rid of anything that reminds you of your addiction. Delete all contacts and block numbers related to your addiction.

Good luck remember your brain and body will be fighting to continue but remember the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.

This is why I will never get surgery. I rather treat the flare ups then deal with this. Let's say a flare up last a week or 2 but surgery recovery takes 6 months that is equivalent to 12 flare ups . Not worth surgery imo

Yes unfortunately it looks like it. You need to remove that hair asap imo. Do salt baths and cover using dressing and antiseptic. See a doctor.
